K-Show 2016 – A tradition for the Brandenburger Isoliertechnik

Participation in the K trade fair in Düsseldorf is a tradition at Brandenburger Isoliertechnik.

Our company founder Kurt Brandenburger took part in the first K trade fair back in 1952, making him one of the co-founders of this important trade fair for the plastics and rubber industry. As one of 270 exhibitors, he presented his former mechanical engineering company, which manufactured high-frequency welding and packaging machines. The first K trade fair attracted 165,000 visitors. One of them was Theodor Heuss, who also visited Kurt Brandenburger's stand. After the then Federal President's visit to the trade fair, Kurt Brandenburger sent him his book “My Friend Plastics”, to which Heuss replied with the following lines: “I will see if I can find the time to deepen the many interesting teachings I received during my recent visit to Düsseldorf by reading your book.”

And so it is still a great pleasure for Brandenburger Isoliertechnik to be a part of this important trade fair. The Brandenburger sales team is already in the starting blocks and is looking forward to interesting and stimulating discussions on all aspects of plastics processing.
