The “Christliche Münster Schule” in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern wins title “Energiesparmeister Gold” 2022. Sachsen-Anhalt and Baden-Württemberg are happy for silver and bronze prices. A total of 17 schools of all Federal States won prizes. Award ceremony took place in the Federal Ministry for Economy and Climate Protection in Berlin.
Already the youngest pupils of the “Christliche Münster Schule” in Bad Doberan are active regarding climate protection. The motto is “Save Climate by Elucidation”. The primary school pupils made themselves heard with different actions to start change.
For example they wrote letters to companies, made a booth for “Climate Day” of their city, invited the mayor for a panel discussion and organised an ideas competition for climate protection. For the future they have planned a climate nature trail for their city.
We would like to congratulate the winning school and of course our sponsorship school “Grundschule am Jakobsberg” in Ockenheim on the successful participation in the 2022 “Energiesparmeister”!
